If the tickets were originally set up to be Paperless tickets or held at the Will Call window, that may be why Special Delivery is the only option. The seller may also use Special Delivery if they do not expect to receive the tickets from the venue until right before the event. If the tickets are received much sooner than planned, we will send you an email to let you know that the tickets can be delivered in a different way.
